Author, activist, and tv host Janet Mock appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher last night to discuss her new book Redefining Realness and the transgender cultural "moment" going on with shows like Transparent picking up Golden Globes and this year's State of the Union address becoming the first to acknowledge transgender people.
Mock also dished a bit on her Friday night MSNBC.com show So Popular! and the show's "Today in Beyonce" segment where Mock and her panel spill the tea on the latest Queen Bey news.
Later, on Overtime, Mock was asked if she thinks the coming end to the gay marriage fight in the U.S. means all other LGBT issues will fall of the American public's radar.
