Hillsborough County’s Human Relations Board has decided to give the bigoted County Commissioners an opportunity to demonstrate they’re not completely homophobic. They’ve asked the Commission to reconsider adding sexual orientation to the county’s Human Rights Ordinance. Hillsborough County, which includes Tampa, banned recognition of gay pride ceremonies earlier this year. Tampa has already begun to feel the effects of Hillsborough County’s actions over gay pride, in the city’s coffers.
